Every pair is built to last — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jeans arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
To report a damaged item:

Email us at info@silentstr.com with your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll send a return label for the damaged item.

You’ll receive a replacement or refund (depending on availability) after the return is processed.
Exchanges
We don’t usually offer exchanges for non-damaged items, but if you ordered the wrong size or style, get in touch — we’ll do our best to help out.
Non-Damaged Returns
For non-damaged items, we can’t offer returns. Please double-check your size and details before placing your order.
